Meet The Visionary

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Adrianna DeJesus— is a proud entrepreneur and wellness advocate with a passion for healing and community. Her journey has been anything but ordinary, shaped by the challenges and triumphs that have defined her life.

As a child of Puerto Rican descent, Adrianna grew up surrounded by rich culture and the rhythms of music and dance such as Salsa, Bomba & Plena. Despite facing bullying for her kindness and struggles with friendships, she found solace in movement, joining a travel dance team that helped her face challenges head-on. Her love for the arts and connection to her ancestry fueled her spirit, empowering Adrianna to embrace her uniqueness.

However, her dreams took an unexpected turn in 2012 when a natural disaster left Adrianna with injuries that halted her dance career. This life-altering experience, combined with a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s disease, plunged her into a period of depression. Yet, it was in her darkest moments that she discovered the transformative power of wellness. Seeking peace for her mind, body, and spirit, she turned to the Sun, the shine, fitness and holistic healing.

This journey led Adrianna to Massage Therapy, where she found her true calling. Graduating from New York College of Health Professions in 2015, she has honed her skills in various modalities, treating clients of all ages and backgrounds. As the owner of iRise Wellness Collective LLC, Adrianna is dedicated to creating personalized experiences that foster healing and community connection.

With certifications in Sweat & Swagger, Yoga, and IGNITE, Adrianna strives to empower her clients to understand their bodies and lead healthier lives.
